Garlic butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp marjoram
  • ½ tbsp sage
  • 100 g garlic, squeezed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Knead the butter in a mixer until soft, then stir in the spices and garlic and mix thoroughly. Quick mixing will soften the dough and keep it that way for weeks. Store in the refrigerator.
