Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pineapple
  • 3 tbsp coconut blossom syrup
  • n. B. Ice cream of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Pour the coconut blossom syrup into a pan and heat. Add the pineapple pieces and let them caramelize. Serve in portions with ice cream.
