Pineapple – corn – salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large can of pineapple
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 small jar of Miracle Whip
  • 1 shot of pineapple juice
  • pepper
  • 1 shot of Tabasco
  • lots of curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Super fast and delicious

Drain the pineapple thoroughly, then cut into small pieces. Drain the corn thoroughly as well. Mix Miracle Whip with the pineapple juice, pepper, and Tabasco in a bowl. Add the curry powder and mix well (at least 2 tablespoons). Add the pineapple and corn, mix well, and you’re done.
