Pineapple Ginger Smoothie
The perfect pineapple ginger smoothie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1400 g Pineapple fresh
- 200 g Pear fresh
- 40 g Fresh ginger
- 12 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 400 ml Filtered water
- Peel the pineapple, cut in half, quarter and cut off the hard stalk. Cut the pineapple into large pieces. Peel and halve the pear and remove the core. Chop the pear into large pieces, peel the ginger and cut into small pieces.
- Finely puree everything together with lemon juice and 400 ml water in a high-performance mixer. Divide between 4 glasses, twist with 1 piece of pineapple each as desired and serve immediately.
