fast and cheap

Cut the meat into small, bite-sized pieces and marinate in the sauce for half an hour. Meanwhile, thinly slice or finely round the mushrooms and spring onions. Then sear the meat in a hot wok with 1 teaspoon of oil (I use wok oil). Add the mushrooms, spring onions, and pineapple juice and let it marinate well. Then pour in the cream (or condensed milk) and season with a little honey and Chinese seasoning. Serve with rice (I always add the cooked rice to the wok at the end).
