Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ pack of pasta (spirelli)
  • Water (salt water)
  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 8 large sausages (Wiener)
  • 2 packs of cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 bottle of ketchup
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

very quick and easy to prepare

First, boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. While it’s cooking, you can cover the bottom of a large casserole dish with cheese, including the edges. Next, dice the tomatoes, peppers, onions, and sausages. Lightly fry everything and add the ketchup. Bring to a simmer, then add the salt and pepper. Mix the pasta and sauce together, pour it into the casserole dish, and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for 8-10 minutes.
