Pineapple – leek – salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large onion(s), red
  • 200 g leek
  • 100 g meat sausage
  • 100 g pineapple (can), drained
  • 100 ml broth, instant
  • 1 pinch of sambal oelek
  • some curry powder
  • 1 tsp oil
  • some salt
  • some pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Trim the leek and peel the red onion, then slice both into rings. Slice the sausage. Fry everything with the drained pineapple in hot oil. Deglaze with the stock and sauté briefly. Stir in salt, pepper, and sambal oelek. Serve and sprinkle with curry powder.
