Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 300 g cream
  • 3 sheets of gelatin
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 can pineapple, slices
  • Ladyfingers (biscuits)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

Beat 3 egg yolks with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the whipped cream and stir in the warm, liquid gelatin. Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Use the pineapple juice to dip the ladyfingers. Line the base of a tart pan with ladyfingers, spread with cream, and sprinkle with pineapple pieces. Repeat until the pan is full, then top with ladyfingers. Let it chill in the refrigerator for a few hours. Decorate with whipped cream and ladyfingers as desired.
