Pineapple-Mango Burger

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 baby pineapple
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 roll of topping dough
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 3 tsp sour cream
  • 10 ml liqueur (gingerbread liqueur)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

a small sweet burger for dessert

Roll out the puff pastry and cut out circles using a glass. Bake all of the circles in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes (or according to the package instructions). Peel the pineapple and cut into approximately 1.5 cm thick slices. The core in the middle can stay in, as it won’t bother you with a baby pineapple. Sprinkle all of the slices with a little sugar on both sides and grill/fry. Peel the mango and orange and cut into small pieces. Simmer the pieces in a pan with a small dash of gingerbread liqueur. While still warm, place everything in a bowl and purée with the sour cream. Split the baked puff pastry circles in half and build a small burger. Spread some cream on each half and place the grilled pineapple in the middle.
