Pineapple Marzipan Muffin

Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Butter
  • 100 g Marzipan
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 250 g Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Can Pineapple grated 250g
  • 50 ml Cream

Instructions
 

  • Mix the butter and marzipan with a hand mixer until smooth, add the sugar and vanilla sugar.
  • Gradually add the eggs, mix the flour and baking powder, sieve and stir in 2 halves
  • Fold in the well-drained pineapple and whipped cream.
  • Fill the mixture into 12 muffin cups.
  • Hot air 160 degrees, do not preheat, top and bottom heat preheated to 18o degrees for 30 minutes
