Kassler Casserole
The perfect kassler casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
sauce
- 80 g Butter
- 3 tbsp Dinel flour
- 300 ml Milk
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable broth
- 50 g Parmesan
- 150 g Grated mozzarella
- 3 tbsp Herbal cream cheese
Pasta
- 4 Pc. Kasseler
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 piece Leek
- Butter for the mold
- 250 g Pasta
Kassler
- Wash Kassler and pat dry. Heat in a pan and set aside.
sauce
- Heat the butter and flour in the pan. 1/2 liter of water and pour in the milk. Add the vegetable stock, stir vigorously so that there are no lumps. Bring to the boil for about 2 minutes.
- Dissolve the Parmesan and cream cheese in the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pasta
- Cook the noodles in boiling salted water until they are firm to the bite.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
- Clean the leek and cut into rings.
- Grease a baking dish well.
- Spread the finished pasta in it. Add the tomatoes and the leek. And mix in the Kassler well.
- Finally pour the sauce over it. and sprinkle with the grated mozzarella.
- Bake in the oven at 175C for about 30 minutes. Depending on the oven.
