Ingredients for 24 servings:
- 500 g pineapple
- 300 g orange(s), filleted
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 800 g gelling sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix pineapple, orange segments and lemon juice with gelling sugar, chop everything with a hand blender and let it steep well, let it cook for about 12-15 minutes and fill into jars while still hot.
