Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 point soup (crab soup)
- 250 ml cream
- 250 ml milk
- 500 g salmon fillet(s)
- 200 g crab
- 1 bunch of dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Bring the crab soup to a boil with milk and cream. Place the salmon fillet in a casserole dish, garnish with dill and crab, and finally pour the soup over the soup. Cook uncovered in the oven at 200°C for approximately 20-30 minutes. Serve with wild rice and salad.
