Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ½ tbsp black tea
  • ½ tsp clove(s), whole
  • 2 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 large bottle(s) of orange juice
  • 1 large bottle(s) of pineapple juice
  • 1 ½ lemon(s), juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Non-alcoholic punch for New Year’s Eve and other occasions

Brew the black tea with cloves, cinnamon sticks, and 2 1/4 liters of water, let it steep for 5 minutes, then strain. Add the sugar and the juices to the tea, heat again to dissolve the sugar, then let it cool again. Serve well chilled.
