Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 chili pepper(s), red, long variety
  • 1 bunch of coriander leaves
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and cut into chunks. Peel and finely chop the onion. Deseed the red chili and cut into small pieces. Chop the cilantro; coarsely or finely is a matter of taste. Place the pineapple, onion, and chili in a bowl. Make a dressing with the lime juice, soy sauce, and salt and pour it over the pineapple salad. Mix well. Sprinkle with cilantro just before serving.
