Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 60 ml water
- 65 ml cream
- 2 egg yolks
- Salt
- black pepper
- 1 package of soup vegetables, frozen
- 2 egg whites
- Margarine, for greasing
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Combine the ground meat with the breadcrumbs, water, cream, egg yolk, and seasoning. Stir in the soup vegetables and fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Shape the meatloaf into a greased ovenproof dish and roast on the middle shelf for about 60 minutes, basting occasionally. Electric oven at 175°C, gas mark 2.
