Curry strips with pineapple

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey meat, shredded
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 can pineapple, pieces
  • ¼ liter chicken broth
  • curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • possibly sauce thickener, light

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Season the meat with salt and pepper and sear it in a little oil. Add a little cream. Season with curry, then add the stock. Simmer the meat until tender. Add the pineapple chunks and the remaining cream, bring back to a boil, and season with curry, salt, and pepper. Thicken with a light sauce thickener, if desired. Serve with rice or tagliatelle.
