Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g raspberries (from the jar, drained, plus 5 cl raspberry juice)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 cl rum, white
  • Ice, cubed
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Basil, for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the raspberries, reserving 5 cl of juice. Puree the raspberries, raspberry juice, and lime juice. Pour into a cocktail shaker with rum and ice cubes and shake well. Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass, dip it in sugar, pour in the cocktail, and garnish with basil.
