Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g minced meat
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 150 g onion(s)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- ¾ liter meat broth
- 100 g sauerkraut
- Sugar
- Tomato ketchup
- Cayenne pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Country woman’s recipe
Season the ground meat and then sear it. Dice the onions and add them. Add the tomato paste and broth. Finely chop the sauerkraut and add it to the soup. Then season everything with the remaining spices, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
