Pistacchio Icecream
The perfect pistacchio icecream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 60 g Ground pistachios
- 200 g Yogurt 10% fat
- 250 g Creme fine or cream
- 0,5 Vanilla pod (pulp only)
- 1 Splash Lime juice
- Agave syrup, honey or sweetener to taste!
- I DON’T LIKE IT SO CUTE!
WITHOUT ICE MACHINE:
- Whip cream fine or whipped cream! Then fold in yogurt, pistachios, vanilla pulp, lime juice and sweetness! Try and possibly sweeten! Put in a bowl with a lid and freeze! Min. Freeze for 5 hours! Let thaw 10 minutes before serving!
With ice machine:
- It’s easier now! Put all ingredients in the mixing bowl, season to taste and let run in the ice cream maker for 35-50 minutes! Depending on the strength! 🙂
