Pistachio Pudding in Crepe Coating

The perfect pistachio pudding in crepe coating recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Pistachio pudding

  • 1 packet Custard powder for cooking
  • 100 g Cream, sweet
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 100 g Pistachios

Crepe

  • 125 ml Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Pr Salt
  • 50 g Flour
  • Oil

Pistachio pudding

  1. Cook the pudding according to the instructions on the packet. Pour the pudding into a bowl and let it cool. Whip the cream. Finely grind the pistachios. Fold the cream and pistachios into the pudding.

Crepe

  1. For the crepe batter, mix together the milk, eggs, sugar and salt. Sift the flour and stir in well. Bake crepes from the batter in a coated and greased pan. Place 2 tablespoons of pudding cream in the middle of each crep and roll up. Halve the crepe and serve.
