Pistachio Pudding in Crepe Coating
The perfect pistachio pudding in crepe coating recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Pistachio pudding
- 1 packet Custard powder for cooking
- 100 g Cream, sweet
- 500 ml Milk
- 50 g Sugar
- 100 g Pistachios
Crepe
- 125 ml Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Pr Salt
- 50 g Flour
- Oil
Pistachio pudding
- Cook the pudding according to the instructions on the packet. Pour the pudding into a bowl and let it cool. Whip the cream. Finely grind the pistachios. Fold the cream and pistachios into the pudding.
Crepe
- For the crepe batter, mix together the milk, eggs, sugar and salt. Sift the flour and stir in well. Bake crepes from the batter in a coated and greased pan. Place 2 tablespoons of pudding cream in the middle of each crep and roll up. Halve the crepe and serve.
- I served a leftover apple compote and vanilla sauce. Of course, the crepes also taste great with other fruit. As a tip: caramelized pineapple
