Fine Cream Wafers

- 4 Eggs
- 60 g Powdered sugar
- 250 g Whipped cream
- 150 g Flour
- For frying:
- Butter
- For dusting:
- Powdered sugar
- Mix the eggs, icing sugar and cream in the Quick Chef 3 with a beater. Add flour and stir in briefly.
- Heat the waffle iron and spread with a little butter. Pour in 2 tablespoons of batter and fry the waffles until golden.
- Serve dusted with powdered sugar if you like.
