  • 4 Eggs
  • 60 g Powdered sugar
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 150 g Flour
  • For frying:
  • Butter
  • For dusting:
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix the eggs, icing sugar and cream in the Quick Chef 3 with a beater. Add flour and stir in briefly.
  • Heat the waffle iron and spread with a little butter. Pour in 2 tablespoons of batter and fry the waffles until golden.
  • Serve dusted with powdered sugar if you like.
