Fine Cream Wafers

The perfect fine cream wafers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Eggs
  • 60 g Powdered sugar
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 150 g Flour
  • For frying:
  • Butter
  • For dusting:
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Mix the eggs, icing sugar and cream in the Quick Chef 3 with a beater. Add flour and stir in briefly.
  1. Heat the waffle iron and spread with a little butter. Pour in 2 tablespoons of batter and fry the waffles until golden.
  1. Serve dusted with powdered sugar if you like.
