Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 40 g margarine
- ½ bag(s) of yeast
- 150 g water, lukewarm
- Grease for the tray
- 1 can of tomatoes, pureed
- Cheese
- corn
- bell pepper(s)
- salami
- Ham
- Mushrooms or whatever you like
- basil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Knead together flour, salt, margarine, yeast, and lukewarm water. Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 50°C (top/bottom heat). Knead again, roll out, and place on a greased baking sheet. Prick the dough several times with a fork. Spread the dough with passata, top with desired toppings, and season. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 30 minutes.
