- 1 baguette(s)
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- some cooked ham, finely chopped
- some salami, finely chopped
- some bell pepper(s), finely chopped
- lots of cheese (Emmental), grated

quick and easy
Cut the baguette into 4 equal pieces. Cut each in half and then spread with the crème fraîche. Top with cooked ham, salami, and bell peppers, as desired (I usually just use diced cooked ham). Place the whole thing on a prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with cheese. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 8-10 minutes. Two pieces per person should usually be enough.
