Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g wheat flour
  • 100 ml water
  • 5 g salt
  • 5 ml olive oil
  • 8 g yeast, fresh
  • 100 ml sauce (pizza sauce, ready-made product or homemade)
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

delicious with salad

Make a dough from flour, water, salt, olive oil, and yeast and let it rise for 30 minutes. Roll it out thinly on a baking sheet. Crush the garlic, mix it with the olive oil, and spread it on the dough. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough and bake at the highest possible oven temperature until the dough is crispy. Tastes great with a fresh salad.
