Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 serving of pizza dough
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 250 g white mushrooms, sliced
  • 400 g tomatoes, from the can
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 400 g mozzarella, buffalo, in thin slices
  • 100 g ham, cooked, cut into thin strips
  • 50 g anchovy fillet(s)
  • 10 olives, black, pitted
  • olive oil
  • 4 tbsp oregano, fresh
  • 2 tbsp oregano, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Country pizza

Sauté the garlic and mushroom slices in oil. Roll out the dough (of course, you can also use fresh, homemade dough) on a baking sheet. Spread the tomato paste on top and scatter the pizza tomatoes mixed with the dried herbs and spices on top. Place the mozzarella slices and then the ham strips on top. Then scatter the mushrooms, anchovies, and olives on top. Season lightly with salt and pepper again. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 25 minutes.
