Quick Leberkäse pizza

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 roll(s) of pizza dough, fresh, from the refrigerated section
  • 3 slices of Leberkäse, approx. 300 g
  • 1 cup sour cream or crème fraîche, with herbs
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 200 g gratin cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Party, easy, fast

Finely dice the onion, add it to a pan with butter, and fry briefly. Cut 3 slices of Leberkäse into slightly larger cubes and add them to the pan with the onions. Fry until the Leberkäse is nicely browned. In the meantime, roll out the pizza dough and spread the cup of sour cream with herbs (or crème fraîche with herbs) on top. Spread the Leberkäse and onion mixture over the pizza dough and top with the gratin cheese. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) and bake for about 18 minutes, until the cheese is nicely browned. This “pizza” is quite filling and serves 4 people; it tastes great both hot and cold. No seasoning is needed, as the Leberkäse, the sour cream with herbs, and the cheese provide enough flavor.
