Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 pizza bases, round (homemade or ready-made)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • ¼ small iceberg lettuce
  • 1 large carrot(s)
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • ¼ cucumber(s)
  • Sauce, (garlic sauce)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pizza with a twist – base with salad, chicken and garlic sauce

Bake the pizza bases or brush the finished pizza bases with 1 tablespoon of olive oil each and warm in the oven. Wash the chicken breast, pat dry, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Brown them vigorously in a little oil, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and finish cooking, then keep warm. Cut the lettuce into strips, peel the carrot and slice into thin sticks, drain the corn, slice the onion into thin rings, slice the bell pepper, and dice the cucumber. Distribute the vegetables among the finished pizza bases, top with the chicken pieces, and pour the garlic sauce over the top.
