Pizza – curd – oil – dough

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g quark
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pkt. tomato ketchup
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • Salami and ham
  • Oregano and basil or pizza seasoning mix
  • Cheese, grated
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 small can/s bell pepper(s), strips
  • Margarine for the baking tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine the quark, oil, and milk in a bowl and mix well with a whisk. Combine the salt, flour, and baking powder and gradually add them to the quark mixture. Knead well. Lightly grease a baking sheet with margarine and roll out the dough thinly. Brush the dough lightly with ketchup. Slice the mushrooms and spread them out. Dice the onion and spread them out. Dice the salami and ham and spread them out. Spread the corn and pepper strips. Sprinkle the oregano and basil or pizza seasoning mix evenly over the pizza. Now spread the grated cheese. Bake in the oven.
