Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 150 g flour (whole wheat)
- 150 g flour (wheat flour type 550)
- 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
- 200 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine flour and yeast. Add water, salt, oil, and sugar and knead into a smooth dough (knead by hand; if you have one, use a hand mixer with a dough hook or the kneading attachment on a food processor). Let the dough rise for at least 20 minutes, then knead again and roll it out on a greased baking sheet. Top with your choice of toppings.
