Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 375 g flour
- 1 pack of dry yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- ⅛ liter of water
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g margarine, melted, cooled
- Grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a dough (be careful with the margarine—it should be cooled again). Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour. Divide the dough in half, spread it on two greased baking sheets, and roll it out. Top with toppings as desired. Bake for approximately 15 minutes in a preheated oven at approximately 220°C (top/bottom heat) or 200°C (fan oven). The edges should be golden brown. Serve immediately.
