Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g rice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • some milk
  • Fat, for the tray
  • Breadcrumbs , for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the rice in the vegetable broth until tender and drain well. Grind it in a food processor. Fold in the flour and oil until it forms a dough that’s easy to knead. If the mixture is too dry, add a little milk; if it’s too sticky, add a little more flour. Once everything is well blended, spread the mixture onto a greased and breaded baking sheet. Bake for about 10-15 minutes at 200°C before topping. Tip: Use up any leftover rice from the previous day.
