Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g wheat flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tsp, dried oregano
- 1 tsp, chopped basil, dried
- ½ tsp salt
- 0.1 liters of water
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Knead all ingredients by hand into a dough and then form it into a ball. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes. Grease your hands with oil and then spread the dough evenly and thinly on greased baking paper. Then place the dough on a baking sheet with the baking paper on it. Now you can top the pizza dough as desired. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 9-10 minutes.
