Pizza dough with grated potatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g Flour Type 00
  • 100 g potatoes
  • 0.1 liters of water
  • 0.3 cubes of yeast
  • Sugar
  • 10 g salt
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 20 ml olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dissolve the yeast and sugar in water and let it stand. Grate the potatoes and squeeze out the water. Then combine everything into a dough and knead for at least 10 minutes. If the dough becomes too wet, add flour. Let it rise for 2 hours and knead again. Top with your favorite toppings. Bake on a pizza stone at the highest temperature (300 degrees Celsius) for 8 minutes.
