Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 13 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes

Combine wholemeal spelt flour, low-fat quark, and baking powder in a bowl and mix everything until evenly combined, e.g., using a hand mixer with a whisk. Let the dough rest for 25 minutes. Once rested, roll it out until the dough reaches the desired size. Now top it as desired. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit) top/bottom heat. Bake the pizza in the oven for 10-13 minutes.
