Pizza dough without yeast or curd

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 75 ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

This recipe might help if you don’t have any yeast or curd cheese at home, but you really want a pizza…

Mix together the flour, baking powder, olive oil, and salt until a lumpy dough forms. Then, while stirring constantly, add milk a little at a time until the dough has the consistency of sticky, chewy processed cheese (I can’t describe it any other way). The dough will be very sticky! If it’s too sticky, add more olive oil if necessary. Spread the dough on baking paper and top with tomato sauce and pizza ingredients. Bake on the middle rack at around 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 30-40 minutes. The baking powder will make the dough relatively thick and airy! If you don’t like that, either use less baking powder or spread the dough more thinly.
