Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 20 g clarified butter
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 cube of meat broth
  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 can white beans
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 dashes Tabasco
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 sausage (Mettwurst)

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

delicious potato dish

Peel the onion and cut into eighths. Heat clarified butter in a pan and sauté the onion pieces. Add the water and bring to a boil. Dissolve the stock cube in it. Trim, wash, and peel the carrots. Peel the potatoes and cut both into pieces. Add to the stock and simmer for 20 minutes. Then add the beans. Wash, peel, and dice the apple, and slice the Mettwurst. Add everything to the stock and simmer for another 10 minutes. Wash the parsley, pluck the leaves from the stalks, chop, and add. Season well with pepper and Tabasco to taste. Serve with bread rolls or fresh baguette.
