the eye-catcher at every party

Dough: Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. Add oil and lukewarm water and knead into a firm dough. Let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, for the filling, finely chop the ham and pineapple. Mix in a bowl with the cheese, half of the passata, the corn, and a little marjoram. It shouldn’t be too runny. If the filling is too thick, you can add a little more passata. Divide the pizza dough into 3 equal portions and knead again on a floured surface. Roll out 3 pizza bases with a rolling pin. Place a round baking sheet underneath as a guide. Leave one base on the baking sheet. Spread some of the filling on it, not too thickly. Place the second pizza base on top, add more filling, and place the third base on top. This pizza tower will be shaped into a flower. Place the lid of the corn can in the center of the top layer. Use a sharp knife to cut the pizza tower into 12 slices, right up to the edge of the lid. Remove the lid. To form the flowers, hold one piece in your right hand and the one next to it in your left. Now rotate both hands simultaneously. Turn the dough to the right twice with your right hand, and the dough to the left twice with your left hand. Repeat the process with the remaining pieces of dough. Bake the pizza flower in a preheated oven at 200-250 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 20-25 minutes. Tip: You can also use other fillings for the pizza flower, such as salami and cheese or bacon and onion.
