Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g wheat flour type 550
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 170 ml water
- 6 tbsp garlic oil or olive oil
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- e.g. garlic, diced
- 2 pointed peppers or sweet peppers, red
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, Italian, fresh or dried
- Harissa
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
For non-vegans, of course, top with cheese
Knead the dough ingredients and let it rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes. In the meantime, finely dice any number of garlic cloves (I cover the pizza almost completely), dice the onion, and finely chop the bell peppers and mushrooms. Mix the oil with tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Roll out the finished dough and place it on a baking sheet (I use a plum cake pan). Spread the oil mixture evenly over the dough with a pastry brush, then top with the garlic, mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions. Season the pizza generously with salt, pepper, herbs, and harissa and bake at 250°C for about 10-15 minutes. This dough can be considered the basic dough and can, of course, be topped with all kinds of vegetables.
