Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 Maultaschen
  • ½ can corn
  • ½ bell pepper(s)
  • 1 sausage
  • 15 meat strips, variety of your choice
  • 100 g ham
  • 100g salami
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 6 potatoes
  • ½ jar mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • some parsley
  • 3 eggs, if necessary

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

ideal for using up leftovers

Basically, you can add anything you like to the pan that needs to be used. Cut all the ingredients into small pieces. Heat some oil or fat in a pan and fry all the ingredients. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley. If you like, you can also add three eggs and fry them, so you can also eat the whole thing for breakfast.
