  • 500 g flour
  • 400 g quark (low-fat)
  • 300 g butter or margarine, soft
  • 2 large onions
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • some Tabasco
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, chopped
  • ⅛ liter vegetable broth
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • 150 g fresh mushrooms (or from a can)
  • 100 g Parmesan or other grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Knead the flour, curd cheese, and butter into a dough, let it rest in foil for 30 minutes. Then roll it out on a greased baking sheet. Dice the onions and fry them in fat with the minced meat. Add all the spices (tomato paste, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, Tabasco), stock, and peeled and pressed garlic cloves. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Spread the minced meat mixture on the pizza base, along with the cleaned and striped bell peppers and the thinly sliced ​​mushrooms. Sprinkle with Parmesan or grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
