Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 3 bell peppers, colorful, finely chopped
  • 250 g quark (low-fat curd cheese)
  • 2 eggs
  • e.g. breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper, pepper, finely chopped garlic and pizza seasoning
  • n. B. Garlic, finely chopped
  • some oil (sunflower oil) for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Knead firmly, then let stand for a few minutes. Heat a large frying pan with a little sunflower oil (only coat the base). Form small patties from the meat mixture and fry them slowly on both sides until crispy and brown. Serve immediately or keep warm until ready to serve. Serve best with tomato sauce, with a salad of your choice, or in a sliced ​​roll with lettuce and tomatoes. Tips: Can also be briefly baked in the oven using the grill setting, topped with cheese.
