Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 ml oil (pure sunflower oil)
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g yogurt (LC 1 Pur)
  • 220 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pack of tomato sauce
  • 75 g ham and/or salami
  • 6 tbsp cheese, grated, 45% fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

makes 12 muffins

Preheat oven to 220°C (190°C fan-assisted oven). Combine oil, eggs, and LC 1. Combine flour, baking powder, and tomato sauce. Dice the sausage and carefully mix with 5 tablespoons of the cheese into the flour. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir briefly. Pour the batter into 12 greased muffin tins or 12 paper baking cups, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
