Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 1 ball(s) of mozzarella
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 small onion(s), small garlic
- 140 g flour
- 120 g flour (wholemeal flour)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pizza seasoning
- 40 g Parmesan, grated
- 120 g salami or pepperoni sausage
- 1 egg(s)
- 50 ml oil (olive oil)
- 200 g buttermilk
- 110 g tomatoes, pureed
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Dice the mozzarella and bell peppers. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Sift the flour into a bowl and mix well with the whole-wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pizza seasoning, cheese, bell peppers, onion, garlic, and sausage. Mix the egg, oil, buttermilk, and tomatoes well. Fold in the flour mixture. Pour into greased pans and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for about 20 to 25 minutes.
