Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g flour
- ½ pack of yeast (dry yeast)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- 3 m.-large tomato(s)
- 1 jar Pepper (370 ml)
- Flour for the work surface
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 40 g olives, black, with stone
- 100 g sheep’s cheese
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated

- 2 slices of cooked ham (30 g each)
- 200 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Mix flour and yeast in a bowl. Knead with 200 ml water, 1 tbsp oil, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Thinly slice the tomatoes. Drain the pepperoni. Knead the dough and halve it. Roll each out into a circle (about 20 cm in diameter). Let rise for about 15 minutes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the dough with tomato paste. Arrange the tomato slices, pepperoni, and olives on top. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle with the Gouda cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the pizzas with 4 tbsp oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-30 minutes. Quarter the ham and place it on the pizzas after 15-20 minutes of baking.
