Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough
  • 1 pack of tomato sauce
  • 1 pack of salami
  • 2 handfuls of Emmental cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 minute; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 26 minutes

Pizza rolls on a stick

Roll out the pizza dough and spread with tomato sauce. Distribute the basic ingredients (salami and cheese) evenly. Feel free to choose your own ingredients. Ham and pineapple, mozzarella, chopped olives, etc. also make delicious snails. Then roll the dough up along the long side. Cut snails about two fingers thick and place them flat on a baking sheet. Bake the snails at 225°C for 15 minutes. Remove the pizza snails from the oven and let them cool slightly. Then attach the stick and arrange the pizza pops on a plate or in a beautiful glass.
