Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 180 g pitted dates
- 120 g peanuts, salted
- 20 g oat flakes

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
approx. 8 balls
Roughly dice the dates and place them in a high-performance blender along with 100g of peanuts and the oats. Blend everything until smooth. Form the fruit and nut mixture into 8 balls. Finely chop the remaining peanuts and toss the balls in the mixture. Refrigerate the energy balls for 30 minutes before eating. Shelf life: At least 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
