Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, waxy, small to medium-sized
- 1 bunch of basil
- 3 tbsp oil
- 30 g sesame seeds
- Salt
- lemon juice
- 400 g tomatoes
- 2 balls of mozzarella

Cook the potatoes in their jacket potatoes. Let them cool, peel them, and slice them lengthwise. Place them cut-side up on a baking sheet. Trim the basil. Blend the basil, oil, sesame seeds, salt, and lemon juice into a paste in a blender or mortar. Brush the basil onto the cut sides of the potatoes. Trim and slice the tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella well and dice it. Top the potatoes with the tomatoes, then the mozzarella. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10-15 minutes.
