Pasta with 3 cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta
  • 150 ml milk
  • 150 ml cream
  • 125g mozzarella
  • 100 g blue cheese
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, finely dice the mozzarella and blue cheese. Add to a pan. Mix the milk and cream and pour in. Simmer over low heat until the cheeses melt and combine with the cream and milk mixture. Stir in the cream cheese and let it melt until a creamy sauce forms. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the pasta or mix the well-drained pasta into the sauce and let it simmer over low heat for a few minutes.
