Pizza with Boiled Ham and Pineapple
The perfect pizza with boiled ham and pineapple recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the yeast dough
- 500 g Flour
- 0,5 dice Yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 180 ml Lukewarm water
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
For covering
- 1 Glass Tomato and Bell Pepper Ketchup *

- 1 Can Diced and drained pineapple
- 1 Can Choice of cheese
- 12 Discs Cooked ham
- Prepare a dough from the flour, the egg, the yeast, the olive oil, the salt, the pinch of sugar and the lukewarm water (in the food processor. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30-40 minutes Bowl with lid (Tupperware dough bowl) Knead the dough again, divide it into four, roll out the pizza dough and top it.
