Pizza with Boiled Ham and Pineapple

Ingredients
 

For the yeast dough

  • 500 g Flour
  • 0,5 cube Yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 180 ml Lukewarm water
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil

For covering

  • 1 glass Tomato and Bell Pepper Ketchup *
  • Here a.m. Cookbook
  • 1 can Diced and drained pineapple
  • 1 can Choice of cheese
  • 12 slices Cooked ham

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a dough from the flour, the egg, the yeast, the olive oil, the salt, the pinch of sugar and the lukewarm water (in the food processor. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30-40 minutes Bowl with lid (Tupperware dough bowl) Knead the dough again, divide it into four, roll out the pizza dough and top it.
  • 3 ....
